- Any billing charges that fall within the 60-day window, regardless of the agreed billing schedule.
- Any setup or onboarding fees charged at the time of account creation.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our team directly. To submit a refund request, contact us with the following information:

- 1Your Clinic ID — found in your dashboard under Settings → General
- 2Your contact details — your name and either your phone number or email address so we can confirm and process the refund

Once we receive your refund request with the required information, it will be processed within 48 hours. We will confirm the refund via your provided contact details.
After the 60-Day Period
