1. Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account or using Sahelli (operated by Simplx), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including clinic owners, staff members, and any other individuals accessing the platform on behalf of a healthcare practice.
2. Description of Service
Sahelli is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for healthcare providers — including dental clinics, general medical clinics, physiotherapy centers, and aesthetic clinics. The platform provides tools for patient management (CRM), appointment scheduling, clinical record keeping, billing and invoicing, WhatsApp-based patient communication, AI-powered reception, financial reporting, staff management, and related services.
Each clinic receives a fully isolated environment with a dedicated database, ensuring complete data privacy between tenants. The platform is available in Arabic and English.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate or represent a healthcare business to use Sahelli. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
Clinic owners are responsible for all actions taken by staff members under their clinic account, including doctors, receptionists, and any other roles they create.
5. Free Trial
New clinics receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the account will require an active subscription to continue accessing the platform.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Sahelli subscriptions are priced and billed per individual agreement with each clinic. The default billing period is yearly, but the exact schedule, amount, and payment terms are agreed separately with each clinic to allow for flexible arrangements. Pricing is agreed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Late payments may result in a grace period (default 7 days) after which access may be paused or terminated.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 60 days of your subscription start date, no questions asked. To request a refund, send your Clinic ID and contact details to us by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
Refund requests after the 60-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sahelli to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including healthcare privacy laws.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinic accounts or our systems.
- Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harass patients.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without written permission.
9. Patient Data & Healthcare Compliance
Clinics are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Sahelli complies with all applicable laws governing patient privacy and data protection in their jurisdiction, including obtaining proper consent from patients for data collection and communication.
Patient data stored in Sahelli belongs to the clinic. Sahelli processes this data strictly to provide the contracted service and does not sell, share, or use patient data for any other purpose. Each clinic's data is fully isolated from other clinics.
10. WhatsApp Integration
Sahelli's AI receptionist and messaging features rely on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Your use of these features is subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service and policies. Clinics are responsible for ensuring their WhatsApp messaging practices comply with WhatsApp's policies, including template pre-approval requirements.
11. Intellectual Property
Sahelli and all related content, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of Simplx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your clinic operations during an active subscription.
Any content you upload (patient files, clinical notes, logos) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant Sahelli a limited license to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service.
12. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party infrastructure (AWS, MongoDB Atlas, Meta WhatsApp, etc.).
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.
14. Limitation of Liability
Sahelli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Sahelli after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.
